Orders are processed within 72 hours from the time the order is placed. Once an order is processed, it is put into production, and sent out for shipping. Upon shipment you will receive an email with tracking information for your package.
We do our best to keep shipping prices low, and will ship using the carrier that can reliably deliver your package at the most affordable cost.
US orders will ship via USPS and generally take between 1-2 weeks to arrive. For international orders, delivery time largely depends on the delivery services available in your country. Please allow up to 5 weeks from ship date for international orders to arrive. Shipments to India and Africa can take upwards of 2 months. Please take this into account before ordering.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the service that was used to ship your order.
Due to constraints of international shipping, we are unable to provide tracking updates once a product has left the United States. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 weeks of shipment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get things figured out for you!
Returns and Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be filed within 14 days of receiving your order. In the event of an exchange/return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Third party products (such as 31 Bits, The Brave Collection, Krochet Kids, etc.) must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging.
Since a large portion of profits from each purchase goes to charitable initiatives, we prefer exchanges to returns so that we don't need to reduce donations.
For clarity, returns and exchanges are not applicable for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All reduced price items are final sale.
Occasionally, we sell items on pre-sale. In these cases, production and shipping timelines will be clearly marked on the product page. Pre-sale items are not eligible for return because they have been printed specifically for you. On some occasions we can accept exchanges if we have printed extra inventory. Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to exchange an item you ordered during a pre-sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 30 business days depending on the credit card processor used.
Late or missing refunds
After we notify you that we have issued your refund, please check your bank account to see if your refund has processed. If you do not see the refund within 30 days, please contact your credit card company or your bank to see when the refund will officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "refund" in the subject line so we can help you out.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Please email us at email@example.com if you are returning an item.
Shipping charges for delivery are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for your exchanged product to reach you vary based on delivery location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
